At Review Craze, the owner and operator of Review Craze, customer satisfaction is important to us. We aim to deliver reliable and high-quality SaaS solutions that support your business reputation goals. To ensure fairness and protect the integrity of our platform, we provide refunds under the conditions outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Subscription Plans:
- Refund requests are only eligible within the first 7 days of your initial subscription purchase.
- After this 7-day window, all payments are non-refundable.
Renewals:
- Renewal payments are final and non-refundable.
- To avoid future charges, you must cancel your subscription before the renewal date. No exceptions will be made for late cancellations.
Promotional Offers & Discounts:
- Payments made during special offers, sales, or discounted promotions are non-refundable, unless we explicitly state otherwise in the promotional terms.
One-Time Services or Add-Ons:
- Refunds for add-ons or additional services are reviewed case-by-case, but approval is not guaranteed.
- If a service has been accessed, used, or partially consumed, it will be considered non-refundable.
2. How to Request a Refund

- Full name associated with your account
- Email address used for your subscription
- Order reference number or invoice number
- A brief explanation of your refund request
Refund requests submitted without required information may be delayed or denied.
3. Refund Processing
- If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
- Your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the funds to appear.
- Banking or transaction charges are non-refundable and may be deducted from the refund amount.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
- Violations of our Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, or misuse of the platform
- Partial usage of subscription periods, even if the features were not fully utilized
- Downgrades or switching to a lower plan mid-cycle
- Refund requests made after the eligible period
- Accounts suspended due to fraudulent behavior, abuse, or chargeback attempts
Review Craze reserves the right to decline refund requests for users who repeatedly request refunds, misuse refund policies, or attempt to circumvent platform rules.
5. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without providing a reason.
However, by purchasing and using Review Craze, you expressly agree and acknowledge that the Services consist of the supply of digital content delivered online and not on a tangible medium. You expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract upon purchase and acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the Services have been fully provided or access has been granted.
By accepting these Terms and purchasing the Services, you explicitly request that Review Craze begin performance of the Services before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period. You acknowledge that once performance of the Services has begun, you will no longer have the right to withdraw under Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council.
6. Modifications to This Refund Policy
We may update or modify this Refund Policy at any time to reflect changes in our business, services, or legal requirements. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised Effective Date. Continued use of Review Craze constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
